Luck

Looking over threads and comments by the unwashed masses on the AH forums, I realize now how lucky I (and the rest of the shell) really are to be so tight. There's new posts every day about the same drama that coursed through Dynamis before: So-and-so kicked me to lot X gear and they're only out for themselves. That sort of thing.

We don't really have to deal with that. Our group is capable enough to do more or less whatever we need to, and we're small enough to go through lists quickly. Better, we're also spread widely enough job-wise to be able to gear people constantly and without /too/ much repetition. We're really fortunate to be able to provide for each other without relying on repeatable quests, pick-up groups and shady shells only out to gear the leader and his friends.
